RUYAGE INC ("RUYAGE," "we," "us," or "our") operates the RUYAGE online store at ruyage.com, together with the related website features, customer support, product activation assistance, products, and services that we control (collectively, the "Services").

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer the Services to you.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit our website, create an account, place an order, contact us, request product or LTE/PoC service support, or otherwise interact with the Services. RUYAGE INC is the business responsible for determining how and why personal information covered by this Privacy Policy is processed, except where another company, such as Shopify or a third-party platform provider, acts as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.

Full payment card details are generally collected and processed directly by Shopify or the applicable payment provider and are not stored by RUYAGE in complete form.

  • Communications and support information: Messages, emails, WhatsApp communications, support requests, product questions, warranty claims, photographs, videos, troubleshooting information, and other information you provide when communicating with us.
  • Reviews and user-submitted content: Product reviews, ratings, comments, photographs, or other content you choose to submit.
  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, network connection, unique device identifiers, referral URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, shopping activity, session information, and the date and time of your interactions with the Services.
  • Approximate location information: General location inferred from your IP address, shipping address, or device and network settings.
  • Marketing and preference information: Email or messaging preferences, advertising interactions, product interests, survey responses, and your choices regarding cookies and targeted advertising.

  • Product activation and technical support information: If you request LTE, SIM card, or PoC radio activation or support, we may collect the radio model, serial number, IMEI, ICCID or SIM identifier, service activation status, platform account identifier, configuration information, and relevant diagnostic information.

Please do not send us passwords, full payment card details, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive information unless we specifically request it and it is reasonably necessary to resolve your request.

We may collect personal information from the following sources:

  • Directly from you, including when you place an order, create an account, subscribe to communications, submit a review, contact customer support, or request product activation.

We do not control the privacy, security, or data practices of independent third parties. Before providing information to a third-party service, please review its privacy policy and terms. A link from our website does not by itself mean that RUYAGE endorses that service's privacy practices.

Shopify, payment processors, and security providers may use automated systems to identify potential fraud, unauthorized transactions, account abuse, or security threats. Advertising and analytics providers may also use automated methods to personalize or measure content.
