Delivery times are estimates calculated from the shipping date. Customs clearance, local carriers, weather, and remote destinations may cause delays.

Delivery Protection & Easy Returns
Your order is protected during delivery. Please contact us if your package:
• Is confirmed lost in transit
• Arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item
• Has not been delivered within 45 days after shipment
After verification, eligible claims will receive a replacement or refund. Please report damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.
Eligible unused products may also be returned within 30 days of delivery.
RUYAGE radios include a 12-month limited warranty covering eligible manufacturing defects. Please see our Refund Policy for complete terms.
